TRAVEL DIRECTOR
(PART-TIME OR PROJECT BASE)

ABOUT THE JOB
As a Travel Director at HD Premier, you’ll be responsible for executing the day-to-day operations of our corporate programs and incentive travel experiences. This is a casual, part-time or project-based role, ideal for professionals who enjoy flexible schedules and hands-on work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
This role is highly collaborative and hands-on, requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to service. You’ll be part of a team that sets the standard for destination management in Hawaii – or how we call it at HD Premier: Delivering the UnExperienced!
While the following list outlines your primary responsibilities, this position is not limited to these tasks, as the dynamic nature of our business may require flexibility and additional duties:
PROGRAM OPERATIONS & GUEST EXPERIENCE
Serve as the on-site point of contact for HD Premier during program execution
Manage airport arrivals and departures, including greeting guests, coordinating transportation, and handling luggage logistics
Operate hospitality desks, assist with guest requests, and manage optional and sponsored activity bookings
Support restaurant and event operations, amenity coordination, and activity dispatch
Maintain accurate documentation including dispatch sheets, billing forms, and evaluation reports
Ensure VIP guests receive personalized attention and seamless service
CLIENT & VENDOR RELATIONS
Liaise with clients, hotel staff, and vendors to ensure program success
Reconfirm vendor blocks, service orders, and activity details
Coordinate with transportation providers and activity partners
Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
TEAM COLLABORATION & LEADERSHIP
Participate in program briefings and debriefings
Support Lead Travel Director and Account Manager in staffing, scheduling, and logistics
Promote teamwork and uphold HD Premier’s standards of conduct and appearance
Train and guide fellow Travel Directors on hospitality desk procedures and program protocols
This position requires a detail-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You have—
Hospitality or event operations experience (preferred but not required)
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Basic computer skills and access to a laptop/tablet and cell phone
Authorization to work in the USA and ability to pass a federal background check
Physical stamina to handle a demanding role
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
THE OFFER
Position: Travel Director
Start date: Immediatly
Status: Non-exempt, part-time or project base
Competitive daily wage based on a 10-hour workday
Daily per diem: $55 (home island) / $65 (neighboring island)
Paid training and familiarization opportunities
Medical insurance eligibility after 4 consecutive weeks of 20+ hours/week
