ABOUT THE JOB
As a Program Coordinator at HD Premier, you’ll play a supportive role in our program development and execution process. Your focus will be on assisting with proposal writing, program preparation, and vendor coordination, ensuring we continue to deliver extraordinary events that exceed expectations. We operate as an agile company, and in this elevated role, you’ll work across departments to bring client visions to life while mentoring team members.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Supporting the proposal writing process through research and draft creation
Assisting with internal and external revision processes
Organizing and setting up site inspections
Preparing programs for operational excellence
Creating and executing service orders
Managing arrival and departure manifests
Preparing estimated final invoices and updating margins
Coordinating vendor relationships and maintaining data management
Initiating and managing vendor blocks based on program need

Proven experience in program management and business development

Deep understanding of the DMC industry

Status: Exempt and Non-Excempt, full-time

Location: Hawaiian Islands (all islands), remote with travel Interisland
