ABOUT THE JOB
As Finance & Business Administration Manager at HD Premier, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of our organization. You'll serve as the vital link between our program teams, external vendors, and financial systems, ensuring seamless business operations across multiple areas.
We operate as an agile company, and in this role, you'll work across departments to support our financial and administrative functions. While the following list outlines your primary responsibilities, this position is not limited to these tasks, as the dynamic nature of our business may require flexibility and additional duties:
Finance Management
Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Maintaining daily communication with our bookkeeping team to ensure accurate accounts
Corresponding with banks, financial vendors, insurance companies, and legal representatives on financial matters
Preparing invoices and managing final billing in partnership with the program team
Monitoring expense budgets and providing regular financial reports
Managing expense reimbursement processes for team members
Business Administration
Overseeing all business contracts, insurance documentation, and operational permits
Supporting the HR team with employee benefit management
Assisting senior leaders and C-level executives with administrative tasks
Maintaining organized and accessible records for all business operations
Developing and implementing efficient administrative processes
This position requires a detail-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to balance day-to-day operational needs with long-term business requirements while maintaining our high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

THE OFFER
Position: Finance & Business Administration Manager
Start date: June 2025 (exact date to be determined)
Status: Non-exempt, part-time, 20 hrs. weekly
Compensation: Please include your desired salary range in your application, considering our comprehensive benefits package outlined below
Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Hawaiian islands (Maui-based preferred)
