Join HD Premier as an Airport Greeter and be the first point of contact for our guests. This is a part-time or project-based opportunity where you'll create warm, memorable arrivals and seamless departures that set the tone for exceptional island experiences. We are seeking experienced Airport Greeters on all islands, including: Maui (OGG), Hawai'i Island (KOA/ITO), O'ahu (HNL), and Kaua'i (LIH).
ABOUT THE JOB
As an Airport Greeter at HD Premier, you'll be responsible for executing arrivals and departures for our corporate programs and incentive travel experiences. This is a casual, part-time or project-based role, ideal for professionals who enjoy flexible schedules and hands-on work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
This role is highly collaborative and hands-on, requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to service. You'll be part of a team that sets the standard for destination management in Hawaii – or how we call it at HD Premier: Delivering the UnExperienced!
While the following list outlines your primary responsibilities, this position is not limited to these tasks, as the dynamic nature of our business may require flexibility and additional duties:
AIRPORT OPERATIONS & GUEST EXPERIENCE
Serve as the on-site point of contact for HD Premier during airport arrivals and departures
Greet guests upon arrival with a professional and welcoming demeanor
Coordinate ground transportation, luggage handling, and hotel transfers
Maintain real-time updates on flight schedules and guest arrivals
Ensure VIP guests receive personalized attention and seamless service
Provide itinerary support and answer questions about local logistics
CLIENT & VENDOR RELATIONS
Communicate with drivers, hotel staff, and event coordinators to ensure smooth transitions
Assist with VIP needs, including executive preferences and special requests
Coordinate with transportation providers and activity partners
Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
TEAM COLLABORATION & LEADERSHIP
Participate in program briefings and debriefings
Support Lead Travel Director and Account Manager in scheduling and logistics
Promote teamwork and uphold HD Premier's standards of conduct and appearance
This position requires a detail-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You have—
Hospitality, travel coordination, or guest services experience (preferred but not required)
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Professional appearance and demeanor
Familiarity with Hawaiian culture and local geography (a plus)
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Basic computer skills and access to a cell phone
Authorization to work in the USA and ability to pass airport security clearance and background check
Physical stamina to handle a demanding role
Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and peak travel periods
THE OFFER
Position: Airport Greeter – Corporate Travel Specialist
Start date: Q1 2026
Status: Non-exempt, part-time or project base
Schedule: Flexible shifts, including weekends and peak travel periods
Location: We are seeking experienced Airport Greeters on all islands, including: Maui (OGG), Hawai'i Island (KOA/ITO), O'ahu (HNL), and Kaua'i (LIH)
Competitive hourly wage
Daily per diem: $55 (home island) / $65 (neighboring island)
Training in corporate hospitality and destination management
Opportunities for advancement within HD Premier
Medical insurance eligibility after 4 consecutive weeks of 20+ hours/week
